I also wanted to pass along feedback. The installers (Dave and Mac I believe) were incredible to deal with. They worked so hard all day and didnt leave until they finished. When they said that they were going to sweep up before they left, I offered but they wouldn’t let me and said that it was a part of the service.
I am thoroughly impressed from meeting Cheryl and seeing the designs, to viewing the showroom and installation. I’m obsessed with my dream closet!

We are so very pleased with Excel Organizers for their exceptional service, design suggestions, implementation and use of quality products. We had limited storage in our new townhouse. They set up excellent storage units in our garage and basement and custom designed our home office, including an open shelving unit to maximize light for our plants.

From the very first contact by phone I was impressed. Very freindly, polite and very business like. Annie who was our first contact was on time, quick and very responsive to the problem with our old closet system. They followed up with the plan in great detail plus quote. We gave Cheryl in the office a go ahead and within a few days we had the date for installation . Job completed and we are so happy with the end product.
We had our walk-in closet (mine) and one other closet (his) improved immensely by this company. Our walk-in had one coat-rack and a lot of wasted space. Once it was improved ( now ours) the other closet was converted to a much needed linen closet. Many other wonderful suggestions were provided for the rest of our house but they must wait until some time in the future.
I now have room for all of our clothes in the walk-in and a dedicated place for linen.

Excel made downsizing a breeze. They have great products and even better customer service. They arrived to measure same day I called! It does not get better than that. They did a great job designing and ensuring it would function great for our family. Love the service and the set up very professional and aimed to please. I found them on Houzz and will use this service again and I recommended them for anyone who needs more space, they created a ton of storage in all my rooms. Thanks Excel for minimizing my stress and having a place for everything!
